A creative outlet

Our Mom's Group has been approached by the creative design team at church to lend a helping hand. They are anticipating lots of nursing mommies during the holiday season and are looking for a festive way to fix up the nursing moms room and surrounding area. Tina and Jaime have all the supplies needed to make a cozy and welcoming environment for moms and hungry or fussy babies. They just need a couple volunteers who are interested in arranging and decorating.

If this is something that appeals to your creative side, or your serving side, please email westportmoms@gmail.com so that we can get you connected with more details. I know there are those of you out there who are decorating savvy, so don't be shy! This is also a great opportunity for us to give back to the church (in a totally fun way) for essentially closing up shop every Thursday morning to make room for our circus of children. We really appreciate their generosity and this is a great way to show it.

It was awesome to see everyone at playgroup this morning...some new faces too! Don't forget to hand out your Westport Moms business cards to your pals or even to moms you meet at the grocery store or park. If you need cards, check with Lisa, Devon or Sommer to get your own little bundle! Have a great weekend and enjoy this sunshine before it disappears into the winter oblivion :)
