Westport Moms Survey 2010

Dear Westport Moms-

Happy gorgeous, sunny afternoon to all of you!

Even though the sun is just now really coming out, and it feels like summer just started, the WPM leadership team is deep into fall planning. As we have been praying, brainstorming and talking, it has become clear to us that the potential for big change is on the horizon for our ministry. As the heart of the group, we want all of you to be connected with us in what is going on. There are several ways for you to be involved.

1. Please be praying for our ministry.
Pray that God would speak clearly to the leadership, that we would be obedient to follow him, and that this ministry would first and foremost be glorifying to Him.
Pray about how God may be asking you to be involved in this ministry in the near future. Our group has the opportunity to experience growth (not just in numbers, but in depth and quality) with the right leadership and support in place.

2. Fill out a survey.
This is not just an "end of the year feedback" type of survey. We want to make sure that the needs of our group are being addressed and met. As we project some restructuring for the fall, we want to make sure that we are pouring our energy and time into the right areas to serve. We are hoping to meet as a leadership team early next week to discuss the results of the survey, so please fill it out as soon as possible! The survey is on a web site that keeps all responses completely anonymous, so be honest with us!

3. Attend the Information Meeting on July 8th, 8pm, Lisa Corrigan's house.
In attempt to keep us all on the same page and in the loop, we want to be able to pray and talk with all of you about the decisions in front of us. This will be a time for us to share with all of you the concerns and needs that we are wading through, a time for you to give input if you desire, and a time for us to encourage each other and pray together.

If you have any questions, you are always free to contact the leadership team through the Westport Moms email, or get in touch with one of us individually. Again, the sooner (and more thoroughly) you can fill out the survey, the better. Please put July 8th, 8pm on your calendar now so that you are able to attend our informational meeting.
